Acne Formation

And such cargo of Maillard reaction and altered peptide by-products is discharged into the skin so that the lymph can return to the digestive tract and the liver to pick up new cargo of essential nutrients that it carries for use by the body's organs.

Cooked proteins change into broken peptides not absorbed into your blood system but disposed off by your lymphatic network. And end up in the internal layer of your skin attracting moisture and compressing your sebaceous glands to the point of clogging them, and thus pimples are formed.
